Have you applied for either Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)? Do you want or need to? Talk about this. (see this site for more info: http://www.ssa.gov/disability/)
Support Network
Are you able to make friends or create support for yourself/selves? Do you want to build a support network for yourself/selves? Talk about the idea of building a support network (including friendships), for you and/or your parts. Is it important? Are you able to? Do you want to? Is your ‘network’ currently adequate?
Alters & Outsiders
Talk about your alters and loneliness:Â Do any of your alters seek/want interaction with outside people? (Their own age or otherwise)?

Talk about your thoughts related to being ‘out’ as a DID person, or coming ‘out’.

Talk about dealing with emergencies/crisis from your parts when you’re on your own (and can’t reach your therapist).
