Do you experience shame in the present, that you think really might be related to the past? Explain, or talk about anything else related to shame issues.
How do you know where you are in therapy? Ie; how far along you are, etc?
Talk about any issues/feelings you deal with related to sex.
Describe any effects you’ve experienced with EMDR therapy.
Is this DID stuff real? How do I know if I really even have it or if I just listened to my therapist and am basically creating it myself?
Is the cost of therapy worth it? What if I’m in huge debt because of my therapy?
What do you think defines “getting better” as a DID person? How do you think others define it?
Do you have “safe places”? Talk about your safe places and whether they are physical/external or untouchable/internal.
