right now, i don’t think so, but the issues i’ve really struggled with are things like letting go of “perfect” and letting myself just be myself(selves) rather than trying to do therapy and life the way i think i’m supposed to, or the way that is supposed to be healthiest even if it’s causing me trouble. letting go of doing things by the book. that sort of thing.
