How much are secrets a part of your life? Talk about anything related to “secrets”.
I have recently noticed how much I DON’T say! I never thought I kept ‘secrets’ really. But I’m beginning to think that I do. In fact, it’s so inherent to NOT say the things that are in my head, that I only recently noticed that this goes on at all!
I’m not sure though – because I also know that often when I DO try to say the things that I see or hear in my head – I can’t. Or I shift…. and then it gets said – but likely only to my counselor. Even my partner thinks he knows alot about what goes on in my head – but well – he doesn’t! I really DON’T say a LOT. It’s beginning to surprise even me.
